The EXFO Mobile Agent (EMA) application provides 24/7 wireless service assurance monitoring, troubleshooting and quality-of-experience (QoE) analysis. EMA offers a multipronged approach for mobile, wireless, voice and data service assurance using the EXFO Mobile Service-Experience-Management (SEM) Dashboards. Operators obtain a unified view of individual deployed services, devices and overall network health using data obtained from end-user mobile devices.This powerful analytical engine processes data in real-time for all supported services (voice, data, etc.) along with prevailing wireless technologies (4G LTE, 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi). Data is dynamically characterized using heat maps to provide accurate details concerning deployed services with service-level visibility from regions to drive routes and all the way down to cell sites and individual devices.
